Is it right to give bayan for10-15 minutes in front of mayyat delaying janazah?

We are ordered to make hurry in preparing, shrouding and burying a dead. When Janazah is present then janazah salah should be offered immediately and the body should be buried. If one wants to tell any necessary ruling then there is no harm in telling it briefly. But it is not suitable to stop the janazah and address the gathering for about 10 to 15 minutes.
