Q1: Count zakah money in 6 months?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Q 1. Suppose nisab amount is 300 and I got 300 on 1/1/17. So as per my understanding I have to wait one year and pay zakah on 1/1/18, if the money still holds nisab amount. Now my question is in between these time if I got another 100 after 6 month later on 1/6/17 then do I have include this also in my zakah calculation? Or does it have to be in my possession for one year also?
Q 2. If I give some jewelry to my wife, should I include that also in my zakah calculation? Or is that my wife’s responsibility?
Q 3. For nisab amount calculation, should I consider 18/21/22 caret gold?

(Fatwa: 1025/918/SD=9/1439)

(1) After you become sahib-e-nisab and complete one year as per the lunar calendar whatsoever you own equal to nisab or more it is mandatory to pay its zakah. During the year if you receive some amount of the same kind then it shall not be calculated differently rather it shall be included with the already available amount and after you complete the year you will have to pay the zakah of all the amount together. Thus the date in which your zakah year completes for example, 1 Ramadan, then whatsoever you own on this date gold, silver, currency, business materials you will have to pay its fortieth part as zakah.

(2) If you give the jewelry to your wife and make her its owner then your wife will have to pay its zakah as per the zakah rule.

(3) This question is not clear.
