Does Islamic Shariah allow the use of artificial implants for teeth?

Does Islamic Shariah permit one to implant an artificial tooth in place of damaged /removed tooth from mouth.

Yes, it is lawful.

إذَا سَقَطَتْ ثَنِيَّةُ رَجُلٍ فَإِنَّ أَبَا حَنِيفَةَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يُعِيدَهَا ، وَيَشُدَّهَا بِفِضَّةِ أَوْ ذَهَبٍ وَيَقُولُ هِيَ كَسِنٍّ مَيِّتَةٍ وَلَكِنْ يَأْخُذُ سِنَّ شَاةٍ ذَكِيَّةٍ يَشُدُّ مَكَانَهَا الخ (شامي 9/521، ط: زكريا)
