Is my nikah valid if I didn’t perform iddah after my divorce?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
6 years back my father has started a boutique for me. And after 4 months of that business my husband has given me the divorce. I was in a married life just few months. After the divorce my father did not let me sit in iddah. As he always saying that who will run the shop etc. After 1 year that business had also finished. This year Ramadan 1st 2017 I have done nikah. So my question is: Is my nikah valid. Or is there any kaffarah that I can pay for not performing iddah. I can’t leave my husband now. As already I got married after 6 years. I am always tensed thinking about this. Please if you can guide me. Thank you so much.

Iddah means passing of a specific period. However, according to Shariah, after passing that period iddah is complete though there is no intention of passing iddah from the woman. However, in such a case she shall be sinful for not following the conditions of iddah properly. She should do taubah and istighfar. If you have done your second nikah after passing three complete menstruating iddah after talaq then your nikah is correct and valid.
