I am requesting for your guidance please. I saw my deceased father who passed away in 2009, asked me for money. I would be grateful if you could please give me it’s interpretation.

Asking for money can be interpreted as to request for isal-e-sawab. So you should do sadaqah and charity extensively on behalf of your deceased father and also read the holy Quran etc more and more and convey its sawab to him.
