Can Mohalla use Edgah floor pieces for path repair?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I want to know that if the floor of a Edgah( which Edgah is used by total four mohallas) becomes broken which was made of bricks. Now can we use these broken pieces of bricks to such a path for repairing, which path (rasta) is used by both peoples of this area. And a masjid is also situated near the Edghah which is made by a Mohalla out of four Mohallas. And the musalli also use this path for going to the masjid. Now is it halal for the people of this mohalla to use the broken pieces of floor of Edgah for repairing of that particular path which is used by both the people of this area and the musalli of that masjid. Please reply elaborately as soon as possible.

In the above mentioned case, if those bricks can be used in Eidgah or their price after selling can be used in Eidgah then this way can be opted. If both the ways are practical, then it is not lawful to use those bricks in the road.
