Is it okay to keep my sleeves folded while praying salah?

When I wear a kurta I often fold my sleeves to 1/3rd of my arm. Is that okay in normal life or I have to unfold it while praying salah?

(Fatwa: 1284/1167/H=11/1438)

There is no problem in folding them out of salah but while offering salah it is better to unfold them. The salah of a man is makrooh with open elbows.
