Is it halal for me to keep the extra 200 Riyal food allowance if I don’t always eat it?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am working in Saudi Arabia from the past 1 year. Before coming here I signed the contract agreement containing everything regarding salary, food, accommodation etc., after coming here I placed for head office of my Co., in HO no lunch is provided, we have to buy from the canteen run by Co., itself by paying. Hence our HR is familiar to me, so he added 200 Riyal as food allowances to my salary as for lunch. Sometimes, I eat sometimes I don’t, is this money halal for me?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

If the owners of the company allow it explicitly then it is halal, otherwise not.
