Hanafi ruling on reciting durood Shareef in 2nd rakah of sunnat namaz/gair muwakkidah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I want to know what is the ruling for the following in Hanafi fiqh:
1. Reciting durood Shareef in the 2nd rakah (which is not the last rakah) of a sunnat namaz/ghair muwakkidah /muwakkidah?
2. Reciting durood Shareef in the 2nd rakah of a fardh namaz (which is not the last rakah)? Some Ulama of the Hanbali and Shafi’i madhhab have said it is wajib to always recite durood after attahiyat in the namaz. So what does our Hanafi madhhab say?

(Fatwa: 1142/1143/L=9/1438)

(1) One should not read durood after tashahhud in Sunnah muwakkidah salah; however it is allowable to read durood after tashahhud in sunnah ghair muwakkidah salah.

(2) It is mandatory to read only tashahhud in the first qa’dah of fardh salah and if someone reads by mistake up to “اللهم صل على محمد” then sajdah sahv shall be wajib on him.
