Home Loan and Marriage

Answered according to Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am 27 year old guy. Shall I take home loan for below condition because I don’t have enough money to make house on my own land.
1> My marriage is getting delayed due to I don’t have constructed house and don’t have rooms for marriage.
2> I am facing high mental pressure to control my sexual needs, not able to focus on work, namaz, tilawat anywhere. If I won’t get marry in coming months then I might be involved on zina that I don’t want to do. That’s why I want to get marry as soon as possible. One day I reached zina place but at the mean time Allah saved me from zina and I came back from that place. I don’t have any friend or relatives who is having money to help me. Please give me proper guidance.

Both taking and giving interest are haram, Hadith curses both the acts. The interest based loan carries so much misfortune that it lands one in trouble. Thus, it is our advice to get a rented house for some days and marry or have patience as your problem is not a big one that it may cause you to undergo mental depression. It could be solved by keeping fast. There are thousands of people of your age who are unmarried, and ultimately they are showing patience. If you took home loan and could not pay it in the time then you will have to face even more depression.

Allah knows Best!
