Who decides baby’s name in Islamic joint family? Which name: Rushda, Dania, Fariha?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have some questions to ask, which are mentioned below, 1. Who have more rights to keep baby name in joint family as per Islamic law (for example; baby’s father and mother or grandparents or any other).
2. We selected some baby girls / boys names to keep – In-shaAllah, which we need your suggestion to elect from below; baby girl names: Rushda, Dania, Fariha, Marwah, Zafreen and Narmin.
Baby boy names: Zakwan, Luqman, Shamweel, Zayyan and Hayyan as per my father suggestion to keep name as Muhammad Hayyan, if it’s a baby boy. Kindly also let us know if above any names are unlawful or improper to keep.

The parents should choose some name with mutual consent, it is their right. But it is not such a right where the Nana, Nani, or grandfather or grandmother have no right to offer their opinion, rather if their opinion should also be considered, then there is no harm. Rushda and Fariha are suitable names for girl. Besides, Bushra and Kulsum are also good names. Dania, means near, approaching, close at hand, it does not carry any good meaning. Marwah is a hill, it is also not suitable name for girl. Zafrin does not have good meaning.

For boy, Muhammad Zakwan or Luqman are good names, or keep Muhammad Hibban.
