Wudhu for istihazah prayers?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
What are the rulings regarding taharah during istihazah?
1. Is it obligatory to make wudhu before each and every prayer during istihazah?
2. Is ghusl obligatory when bleeding stops after istihaza?
3. I do fasting in Ramadan during istihaza. Do I have to keep qaza roza for these fasts after Ramadan?
4. Is it permissible to keep qaza roza of Ramadan or nafl roza during istihaza? Please clarify my doubts in the light of Quran and Hadith as I am very confused about the validity of my namaz and roza.

(Fatwa: 781/732/SD=8/1438)

(1) A mustahazah woman is in place of an excused person thus she shall make wudhu for each salah like a mazur person.

(2) It is not necessary.

(3) Due to istihazah the fasting of Ramadan is not exempted thus it is fardh to keep the fasts  and they should not be delayed due to istihazah.

(4) Yes, it is lawful.
