My question is that I am working in a software company. My job in this is that to create fake email account to download the software so that software application becomes famous and easily searchable it is a type of promotion of software application. So I want to ask about my job, is it wrong. Should I quit.

It is lie and deception to create fake email account and download the software so that it becomes famous and people are attracted by its popularity, which is obviously major sin. Thus you should not get a job which consists of deception and lie. Adopt such a job which is true and genuine no matter if you receive less salary.
The Holy Prophet Muhammad (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), has declared it a sin to bid at an auction for those who do not intend to buy rather they only intend to deceive the real buyer by bidding at the auction so that the price goes high and the goods is shown to be popular, these are major sins.
