If someone is sleeping on Masjid’s saf after putting bed-sheet (2 or 3 folds) and the liquid is passed on by the bed-sheet then what to do?

In the above mentioned case, he should wash out the impurity which is smeared in the mat or rug etc of the mosque and make it pure. The method of cleaning is that water is poured on it thrice and squeezed thrice. And if it is not possible to squeeze it then each time it should be left out for awhile until the water stops dropping. It shall be equal to squeezing.
