How should a deceased mother’s wealth be distributed among her husband, 3 sons, 2 daughters, and 2 sisters?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
A mother has passed away leaving husband, 3 sons, 2 daughters and two sisters. How would her wealth be distributed?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 648/529/D=7/1438)

In the above mentioned case, the wealth of the mother shall be divided into 32 shares, out of the total, her husband shall get 8 shares, 6-6 shares shall go to each son while each daughter shall get 3-3 shares. The sisters shall get nothing. The Shariah division of the property is as follows:

Details:

Husband:          1×8 = 08

Sons:                3×6 = 18

Daughters:        2×3 = 06

Total:                           32 Shares
