Is it permissible in Islam to take brokerage for real estate business such as flat, room or plot brokerage?

My question is that does Islam allow us to take brokerage for real estate business like flat brokerage room brokerage and many other plots by just showing them to people. Is it halal or haram?

According to Shariah, it is lawful to work as an agent or broker to get the flat, house or plot sold or bought  and it is lawful to take fixed commission with whom the dealing is fixed among the buyer and seller. The condition is that it should not involve any kind of deception and misstating.
