Umrah on family visit visa allowed despite impermissibility on visit visas & website mentions?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I wanted to apply for my family visa Saudi on visit, after their arrival in the kingdom is it permissible to do umrah because i have heard that on family visit visa it is not halal to do umrah and people also says that when applying visa on their websites its mentioned that one cannot do umrah on visit visa?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 703/690/M=6/1438)

If you do umrah after reaching Saudi Arabia on family visit visa, though the umrah shall be valid but if it is banned to do umrah on such types of visa legally then it should have been avoided. It is not correct to violate the law and put oneself in danger.
