What’s the Shariah miras for grandpa’s wealth with 2 wives, 4 sons, 4 daughters, and 1 elder brother?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My grandfather (maternal) was died few years ago. He has 2 wives, 4 sons and 4 daughters from my grandmother and no children from his 2nd wife. His father, mother, sister are not alive. Only 1 elder brother is alive. What will be accurate miras of his wealth according to the Islamic Shariah? Please reply.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 509/524/H=5/1438)

In case the details of the heirs are correct, all the property of your deceased Nana (maternal grandfather) shall be divided into 96 shares, after paying due rights proceeding inheritance. Out of the total, 6-6 shares shall go to each widow of the deceased, while 14-14 shares shall go to each son whereas each daughter shall get 7 shares. The elder brother of the deceased person shall be deprived in this case. In short, the two widows and the children of the deceased are entitled to receive their shares in the property. The Shariah division of the property is as follows:

Details:

Wife:                2×06 = 12

Sons:                4×14 = 56

Daughters:        4×07 = 28

Total:                           96 Shares
