Can I make Asr salah with Shafi’i maslak or wait for Hanafi time?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have confusion in Asr salah time. I follow Hanafi maslak and here people follow Shafi’i maslak. They offer Asr salah in early time and Hanafi time is late. I always make Asr salah alone without jamat. I want to know can I make salah with them or wait for Hanafi time? Please give me reply as soon as possible.

According to Hanafi Fiqh, as per the preferred opinion, the time of Asr commences after Mithlain (when the length of the shadow of an object reaches twice the length of it plus its own size). Hence you should offer Asr salah after Mithlain though you do not get Asr jamah. However, if you offer Asr salah before Mithlain then your salah shall be valid as per the opinion of Imam Abu Yusuf and Imam Muhammad – may Allah have mercy upon them.

Allah knows Best!
