What fatwa for short visit to native place after 10 yrs in Delhi and parents in Amroha 130km away?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I lived in Delhi in my owned house from last ten years. My parents lived in Amroha which is 130 Km away from Delhi. I lived & brought up in Amroha but there is no property on my name in Amroha then when I go to my native place for less than 15 days, I have to offer full namaz or I should offer qasr namaz. Please give proper fatwa on this ASAP.

If you have made Delhi your ‘home’ and intend to stay there throughout your life as well as you have left Amroha completely and do not intend to stay there, then as the question mentioned above whenever you visit Amroha to see your parents then you shall do qasr there, save in case you intend to stay there for fifteen days or more. But if you have not left Amroha completely rather you intend that sometimes you will stay in Amroha and sometimes in Delhi then in Amroha being your hometown you would offer full salah in each case.
