Is my wudhu & salah valid if I use dry tissue to clean my private parts after istinja?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have urine leakage problem only after I urinate. I do istinja with water and wipe it with tissue paper and place a tissue paper in my undergarment so that urine drops do not get spread on my clothes. Before I do wudhu I just remove the tissue I placed after doing istinja there are some drops on it. I clean my private parts with the dry tissue. Will my wudhu and salah be valid?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 153/186/B=3/1438)

The tissue paper which you keep after doing istinja they turned impure, it is not lawful to use them.If the urine exceeds the place of the urine then it is not enough to clean it with tissue paper, rather it is necessary to wash it with water.

(2) Take 10-10 grams of ‘Majun Masikul Baul’ of Hamdard in the morning and evening with water. In-shaAllah you shall get cured.
