How can I make sure that I am following all legal requirements when selling a property on installment?

Whether I can sell a property on installments at a higher price if the payment is to made at a later date?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 162/153/M=2/1438)

It is lawful to sell goods or property on installments for higher price provided the dealing is finalized already. In case the payment is not made on the deadline, it will not be lawful to increase the amount.
