Is it permissible to send salam on people and do handshakes and hugs inside a graveyard?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Is it permissible to send salam on people and doing handshake (musafaha) and hugging (muanaqah) inside a graveyard?

(Fatwa: 119/156/N=3/1438)

According to Fiqh scholars, it is makrooh to condole near a grave as one should do dua for the forgiveness of dead person at his grave and think about the death and the stages after the death so that the love for the world is decreased and the concern of hereafter and the readiness for death is achieved; therefore it is not good to do something in the graveyard which shows happiness, but  there is no harm in doing salam.
