Is staying in ‘Azizia’ during Hajj a musafir if visiting Mina and Muzdalifah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I will go for Hajj in-shaAllah. I will stay in ‘Azizia’ from 5 September until September 22. Will I be a musafir or not, knowing that I also leave to Mina and Muzdalifah?

(Fatwa: 1116/1048/SN=12/1437)

Since you have to go to Mina in between and you will be staying there, hence you won’t be staying at one place for fifteen days or more which is necessary to be muqim. Hence in the question mentioned above you will do qasr while staying in Azizia and Mina etc. It shall not be lawful for you to offer full salah as you will be musafir not a muqim.
