Will there be another Prophet after Muhammad (pbuh)?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Is it necessary for a Muslim to believe that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the Last and Final Messenger of Islam after whom no new Prophet and Messenger will come? Please provide reference from Quran and Hadith.

Yes, it is mandatory for a Muslim to believe that the Holy Prophet Muhammad, may peace and blessing of Allah be upon him, is the Final and Last Messenger, there would come no new messenger or prophet after him. The Holy Quran says:

The Hadith says:

Allah knows Best!
