Is taking photos without capturing people’s faces allowed in Islam?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
What is the ruling regarding taking photos from such an angle that the face of a person or a living being is not captured?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 760/750/L=07/1437)

If the picture of some person or animal is taken in such an angle that the face is not captured then it shall be like the picture of tree etc and shall not be among the haram pictures. And the person who takes such a picture shall not qualify the warning of one who makes picture of living being as it is clear in the hadith of Nasai.
