Can a married girl pray full salah at her parents’ home?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I wanted to know about qasr salah. Is it true that a married girl should pray full salah when she comes to her parent’s home after marriage if the parents are alive? Or is it that the usual rules of qasr salah apply here irrespective of whether the girl’s parents are alive or not?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 306/308/SN=04/1437)

When the girl permanently starts residing at her in-laws’ home after her marriage and she visits her parents’ home occasionally then her in-law’s home becomes her native place and her parents’ home does no longer remain her native place. Hence if her parents’ home is at Shariah distance and the girl comes there to meet them and does not intend to stay there for fifteen days then she shall offer qasr salah at her parents’ home. It is not lawful for her to offer full salah there whether her parents are alive or dead. (Bahishti Zewar Akhtari, vol. 2, p, 50, Mas’ala 21.)
