Can interest money cover unfair charges on first and second bills?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My child has some situation where we took him for emergency medical service in USA. My child was hardly 10 minutes under emergency room and emergency doctor didn’t do much and said that I have to bring my child to her clinic next day to do endoscopy on his nose because they don’t have endoscopy device available with emergency department. Next day I took my child to doctor clinic and all the required procedure was done. Alhamdulillah everything was OK. Now the medical bill started coming:
1st bill $250 – For using emergency facility fees.
2nd bill $123 – For emergency doctor fees.
3rd bill $50 – next day doctor clinic visit and endoscopy fees.
I have already paid 3rd bill. I feel 1st & 2nd bill charges are unfair where doctor and attendant didn’t do much except suggesting to bring my child in doctor clinic next day. I was trying to negotiate with emergency department but they are not ready to remove those unfair charges. Can I pay these unfair bills from interest money.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

No! It is not lawful to pay these bills with interest money.
