1) Can I get health insurance? 2) Can I recite Subhanallah after seeing a woman or girl?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have two questions which I would like to figure out. Both are mentioned below:
(1) As it is written in Quran that any kind of transaction related to interest (bayaaj) is considered unlawful (haram) in Islam could I buy the health insurance. Because health insurance contains interest also directly or indirectly.
Interest directly or indirectly involves in health insurance and many people also using it in improper way means they are taking undo advantage of health insurance. Because health is look after by Allah. Allah gives illness and Allah also heals the person. So could I buy the health insurance please give the proper answer.
(2) Could I recite SubhanAllah after seeing anybody’s sister, mother or daughter or tell me what I have to recite after seeing them. Some people say that it depends on your niyat that from what niyat you look woman or girl. So please tell me the answer of both questions.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 844/833/N=10/1436)

It is not lawful to look intentionally at the mother, sister, or daughter of others (who are non-mahram to you). In case one has a look by chance then it is not lawful to keep on looking continuously or gaze for the second time. Thus it is not a time to read Subhan Allah. However, if someone says SubhanAllah while casting a look at his beautiful wife and praises Allah then there is no harm in it.
