Is performing taravih salah in the manner described valid according to pure Islamic practices?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
In my house we are performing Isha prayers and taravih salah regularly during Ramadan, the prayer is led by recognized Hafiz who is well versed in the Quran recitation. Taravih salah is performed by some of the members (male) of Émy family including women and also women of my locality enjoin them by strictly observing purdah, as well the namaz is performed separately for women in different room, with men performing with imam in one room and women following the imam in different room. Please let me know whether this practice of performing taravih salah is valid as per pure Islamic practices?

In case of offering tarawih salah at home if male imam is leading the prayer and women follow him behind the curtain then as per the Shariah it is allowed. But it is better that only the women of home join the prayer. There is fear of fitnah in case of inviting the women from outside. It should be noted that in case of offering tarawih salah at home the male members of the house should offer Isha salah in the mosque as they shall not get the reward of mosque in offering Isha salah at home. While the women should offer Isha salah at home individually.
