Can we invite madrasa students for lunch & ask them to recite Quran as sadaqah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I want confirm that if we invite madrasa students for lunch at home, can we ask them for tilawat-e-Quran or not. Actually we heard that if we invite madrasa students to offer lunch for sadaqah/ Allah’s sake we should not ask them for tilawat-e-Quran as that would be an exchange offer.

One should avoid feeding those who recite the holy Quran after they finish as it resembles compensation. In case you invite the students at your home for feeding them then you should not ask them to recite the holy Quran. However, one should recite the holy Quran oneself and should not invite the students to recite the Quran collectively.
