Can you go for Umrah if you have an issue with urine dropping?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
In-shaAllah I will be going for umrah this Friday and I have issue of urine drop/mazi but I am not sure exactly which one it is. My problem is slightly different than other questions asked here because every time I use toilet the whole day I feel like drop of urine or may be mazi has released. I, however, have not noticed it in my underwear but when I went for Hajj few years ago, I did notice it on my underwear and it was the same feeling like I have now. I was suggested to use a plain cloth and wrap it around and then do Ihram but my question is if I notice that drop of urine or mazi in period of umrah or may be after umrah, what should I do? Should I do wudhu for every prayer and count myself as ma’zur because I had experience in Hajj. It was not like the urine drop will go away I could literally see it all day and every time I would go to toilet.

In the above mentioned case you should use tissue paper or clay clod after urination. And if you give some movement to your body then the rest urination shall be released quickly. When you are satisfied that the drops have stopped then wash it with water and pay no attention towards doubts. Also do not see it and do not touch it until it is not known clearly that you have released urine drops your wudhu shall not break.

Allah knows Best!
