Fatwa on dividing dad’s property among kids?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My mother expired on 2nd January, 2000 and my father expired on 07th October, 2014. Among children of our parents we are three sisters and one brother. My brother is fits patient and not so clever, also he is unemployed and married in 22, June 2014. My father has left one house of 30 x 50 ft and a residential plot measuring 40×60 ft. It is self earned property of my father.
Now, I wish to make a humble request to please give us fatwa about the distribution and how should my brother’s part be secured as his wife has married just for the property sake.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 761/757/B=08/1436)

In the above mentioned case, the house of your deceased father and the residential plot should be evaluated and as per their current value they should be divided into five shares according to the Quran and Hadith, out of which each of you (sister) shall get 1-1 share while 2 shares shall go to your brother.

Allah knows Best!
