I am a railway employee. My job is ticket checking. Most of the time I used to be in other city or on train on Fridays. What is the fatwa for Jumuah salah?

If you are musafir then Jumuah salah is not mandatory on you, you may offer Zuhr salah instead.
والمسافر إذا دخل مصر أو لم ينو إقامة نصف شهر، لا جمعة عليه، وإن عزم على أن يمكث فيه يومها بخلاف القروي العازم، فإنه يلحق بأهل المصر – (طحطاوي على مراقى الفلاح 520، ومثله في الشامية 3/40)
If you offer Jumuah salah then it is better and you shall get reward for the same.
ولو صلى مع ذلك كان مأجوراً عليه (هنديه 1/175)
