Please clarify as per Shariah, if one can use the bank interest received by him for constructing/renovating toilet/bath room in his own house/properties?

No, it is not right to build toilet, bathroom etc. in one’s own house or property from interest amount as the interest is impure and it is not lawful to draw any benefit from it. It should be given to the poor or needy ones without an intention of reward.
