Is paying Rs.80000 for fake certificates halal/haram to be a safety officer at Reliance without safety engineering degree?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have a brother . Who has studied to 10th only but age is 22 years. He has got a chance of job in reliance company as a safety officer but he has not done safety engineering. And the interviewer has told us that I will select him to fill the vacancy, to face the interview they will give some safety engineer course related study material a month or two months before the conduct of interview. And they will not select unless they feel that now my brother is perfect for this job. For that they are charging Rs.80000 to make the false required certificates. Now I would like to know whether this amount which will be given to them is halal or haram. Please answer me as soon as possible.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 450/444/N=06/1436)

It is unlawful to make or get fake certificate as it involves lie and cheating which is unlawful and haram in the Shariah. Also it is not lawful to earn money through it. However, in case someone has got a job on the basis of such certificate then if he is fit for the job and is discharging his assigned duties properly then the salary earned through such job will not be termed as haram.
