Should I take a ticket for 8 or 3 rupees?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am a regular traveller in the city bus, once while travelling the conductor did not show up for the ticket. And after some time my stop for getting down came so I went to the conductor to take the ticket but he said that he had already done the entry and cannot issue any ticket further as it was the last stop. But he took 5 Rs from me and did not give me any ticket and the ticket cost is 8 Rs from my stop to the stop where I get down and further he told me that if anybody asks for the ticket then tell that person the conductor knows me and I just got in the bus. So my question is whether I should take a ticket of 8 rupees or I should take a ticket of 3 rupees.

In the question mentioned above INR 5.00 which you paid to the conductor went into his pocket not in the government treasury and you travelled free by the government bus; so you should deposit INR 8.00 in government treasury. For example, buy a ticket of INR 8.00 and trash it without travelling by it.
