Is it safe to eat in a restaurant that uses the same oil for cooking?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am working in a place where they have annual dinner in restaurants and usually the beef/chicken is haram (not cut according to sunnah). Can we eat fish and chips in that restaurant where it is cooked in the same oil? Also please guide us whether the oil itself becomes haram in this case, if haram beef/chicken is cooked in it. Please note no pork/ other haram meat is cooked in the oil.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 191/191/SD=04/1436)

If haram meat is cooked in the oil, the oil turns impure. Further whatsoever things will be cooked in impure oil it shall turn impure. Hence in the above mentioned case if the fish and chips are fried in such oil in which haram meat was cooked then as per the Shariah the fish and chips shall turn impure and it shall not be lawful to eat them.
