Is it permissible for me to stay in my current job despite its Shariah violations?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am from Bangladesh doing job in an Islamic Bank. My bank can not follow the Islamic Shariah properly. In some cases it cannot fulfil about 30 percent even. But it is true that it does not invest in Haram business & has a Shariah board. I have already discussed with few Bangladeshi Islamic scholars, they opined that it is Haram. When I asked Shariah board they answered we are trying & also told that every job has some haram activities as the company takes loan & do various illegal things to fabricate profit.
(a) I am the only son of my family & have to look after my family. My father is no more, my mother is sick. I have got an offer from a company where salary is much lower than the minimum expenditure of my family. I have no property except a house where I live now. (b) Getting a new job in Bangladesh is too tough for me, because no one gives salary as Bank, so when I apply no one believes I wanna switch my job for Islam. Even in a viva I demand half of my present salary.

(Fatwa: 1302/D-265/File/D=12/1435)

(1) It is unlawful and sin to invest in haram things and get benefit, likewise to avail loan on interest. The Islamic bank should avoid such unlawful things; otherwise it shall lose its reputation, and its Islamic title shall be equivalent to misguiding and misleading people.
In such case the bank job is not suitable for you. But if you are not involved in dealing haram and unlawful matters and preparing the documents and only lawful tasks are related to you then you will not be asked to leave the job. Yes, you should keep on looking for lawful job and when you get a lawful job or better than this one or any other source of income then give it up and adopt lawful job.
