Are Saauda Tabassum Ishrat & Sababa Riasat Hayat correct names? What do they mean?

(2) Sababa Riasat Hayat.
Are the above mentioned names correct? Please inform the meaning as well. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Saauda (سعوده): fortunate and lucky
Tabassum (تبسم): smiling
Ishrat (عشرت): pleasure, enjoyment, comfortable life
Sababa (صبابہ): flowing
Riyasat (ریاست): leadership
Hayat (حیات): Life
These names are correct but they are too long.
