To go 3/1 Chilli in Tablig Jamat is mendotory for you?

To go 3/1 chilla in tabligh jamat for rectification of myself and (/or) other Muslim or non-Muslim (men and women) is mandatory (fardh/mustahab) for me? Since, I am an Engineer.

(Fatwa: 987/791/B=06/1435)

In order to reform oneself or others one should go to jamah for one or three chilla. However, it is not fardh or wajib like other obligatory acts.
