What is the last time to perform Asr if late & Maghrib starts at 6:30?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
In Bangalore for hanafi maslak, here beginning time of Asr starts from 4:49 and start time of Maghrib starts from 6:30, then some persons coming late for Asr starts praying Asr namaaz around 6:20 and 6:25 mins, but I came to know that this time is makrooh time, I wanted to know what is the last time we can perform Asr if happens late of some purpose and if Maghrib starts at 6: 30.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 431/351/D=04/1435)

It is makrooh to perform salah 20-25 minutes before sunset when the sunlight gets yellow to an extent that one can stare at it, but if someone performed it will be valid in spite of being makrooh. It is severely makrooh to delay salah to sunset time and it is worse to make it a habit.
