Why do dogs react to Maghrib adhan?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
(1) In our masjid one person recites adhan in Maghrib. MashaAllah, he is blessed with good clear voice. He recites adhan in the way similar to Haram Sharif muaddin Ali Mullah and yes his Arabic pronunciation is good. We get a good feeling and goose flesh by hearing but whenever he recites adhan we hear dogs barking and mourning outside. Why is it so?
(2) I read the way to do istikharah and dua in Muntakhab Ahadees but how to get the result. Is it by dream or if not dream then how? Please explain.

(1) You should not worry about it as it is mentioned in hadith that when the adhan is pronounced Satan takes to his heels and passes wind with noise. (Mishkat Shareef p. 64, with reference to Bukhari and Muslim) Maybe that the dogs bark and mourn while seeing the Satan at the time of adhan, sometimes Satan also takes the shape of dogs.
(2) It is not necessary to see dream in istikharah. It is enough that one is satisfied and his heart is contented.
