Is it safe to eat chicken masala imported from non-Islamic countries in Saudi Arabia?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
What about the chicken masala. Here in Saudi Arabia every shop having frozen chicken that is imported by other country. Most of the countries are non-Islamic but all company mentioning HALAL. And main thing here in KSA every person using that chicken only either they are Aalim or Imam of the mosques. What do you say about that?

(Fatwa: 357/278/D=03/1435)

It was known after going through the writings of several fiqh scholars and researchers that the packets of meat imported from non-Muslim countries with are labelled as “Halal” or “Slaughtered as per the Islamic method” are not altogether reliable. Also it is necessary to take extra care regarding the meat. Hence one should avoid eating such types of meat until it is not known with authentic sources that the meat was slaughtered on Shariah method.
