Does a bit of urine remaining inside the penis after urination break wudhu?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am a bit concerned about a thing that when we urinate and finish urination a bit of urine still remains in contact inside the penis near its opening. If we quickly do wudhu after urination and that a bit of urine which is inside comes out which was attached in walls of urine tube at its opening inside penis does that break wudhu. It is not able to flow its own way near to drop it is just a hint. And if we put water at opening of penis then urine is completely removed but water still remains intact with opening of penis inside. If we move or sit that hint of water may also came out as described above. Can you tell me what is the ruling or what should I do? I am really over concerned about this matter.

(Fatwa: 452/362/B=03/1435)

The urine drop which remained inside the opening of the penis and came out after making wudhu broke the wudhu. You should do istinja again and offer salah after a fresh wudhu. And when after pouring water on the opening of penis, the urine was removed completely and the water remained on the mouth of the penis then wudhu did not break and your wudhu is intact and you may offer salah with it. You should use tissue paper or clay clod after urination thus the urine drops which remain over in the opening of the penis shall be absorbed. And then you may do istinja with water.
