Is non-voice customer support for CITI-Bank halal/haram?

I got the job in 24/7 as a non-voice customer support where I have to handle customer queries through mail and chat but the process which they have given to me is CITI-Bank process. It is a banking process but they told me that I have to just solve customer queries through mail or by chat. I want to know that it is halal or haram to join this company.

What is the system of CITI Bank? What do you mean that it is on its process? What is the main business of the company? You should have mentioned all these things.

However, if your duty is not to do interest based calculation or helping it and you have not to commit any other unlawful things then it is lawful for you to work in the company.

But if the job involves any unlawful thing then mention it and submit your query again.
