Can I use Indian bank interest to pay taxes imposed by Indian govt. while paying zakah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am an Indian national, residing in Saudi presently. I want to know that “can I use the bank interest money on my deposits in India for paying my property taxes or any other taxes imposed by Indian government on me, because I am paying zakah regularly on my assets.

(Fatwa: 212/214/D=03/1435)

It is allowable to pay income tax with interest money. By property tax if you mean house tax then it is not allowable to pay it with interest money. However, if you mean something else then make it clear. What do you mean by other tax, explain this as well.
