How is deceased’s village farmland shared among family?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
An average old lady dies issueless, survived by one younger real sister, one nephew and two niece’s children of predeceased elder real sister. No other sharer. How the agricultural field in a village left behind by the deceased shall be shared/inherited.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 46/46/M=01/1435)

In the above mentioned case if none among the husband, mother and father of the deceased woman is alive then all the property left by the deceased woman shall be divided into 2 shares. Out of the total, 1 share shall go to her real sister and 1 share to her bhatija (son of brother). The bhanjis (daughters of sister) of the deceased woman shall get no share. The detail of the Shariah division is as follows:

Details:
Sister: 1×1=1
Bhatija: 1×1=1
Total: 2
