After making a mistake in 2nd rakah, should I complete durood e Ibrahim or go to 3rd rakah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
If I am praying 4 rakah or 3 rakah namaz, but in 2nd rakah after attahiyat I started reciting durood- e-Ibrahim, just in middle of the recitation I realized my error, what should I do now, should I complete durood e Ibrahim and go for 3rd rakah or I go to 3rd rakah as soon as I realize my mistake. Should I have to perform sajdah e sahv in the last rakah, and in fardh Namaz behind imam?

(1) After realizing the mistake, you should stand up leaving durood immediately. It is not right to complete durood in this case as this is not the time of reciting durood.
(2) If you have recited durood to [وعلی آل محمد], sajdah sahv will be wajib, but if you recited less than it, sajdah sahv will not be wajib:
(3) If a muqtadi commits any mistake while following an imam, then there is no sajdah sahv on anyone:
