Is saying takbir (except takbir tahrima) behind imam in daily namaz invalidating the prayer?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
While offering Eid namaz behind imam, if musalli says Allah Akbar and goes into ruku after imam says Allah Akbar in second rakah (after zaid takbir), is namaz fasid?
In daily namaz, if musalli say takbir (except takbir tahrima) behind imam, will his namaz become fasid?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 1976/H-548/TH=01/1434)

Salah shall not be invalid in both the cases, rather it shall be correct without even being makrooh. And the muqtadi should say takbeer in such case in low voice, and it is sunnah.
